As we continue to invest heavily to improve our operations, products, and service to you we thought you might find these updates worthwhile:
NEW PEOPLE & NEW FACILITIES TO BETTER SERVE YOU
Rick Thompson has joined our team as Shipping & Receiving Manager. He replaces
Gary Miller who is heading up our Process Improvement initiatives. Casey Faircloth
joined our Customer Service Department and will be available to handle calls
until 7:00pm EST. Terry Byrnes has joined us as Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing
and will begin meeting customers in late September or early October.
We have opened up distribution facilities in Bloomington, IL; Irwindale, Ca;
and Lebanon, PA to better serve our customers. These additions have added 80,000
square
feet of space bringing our total under roof to 210,000SF.

NEW MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT
Our new state of the art slitting line has been up and operating since February.
This machine handles 20,000 lbs coils up to 60” wide and slits to width
as well as cuts to length. As well we have upgraded all of our coil processing
lines
to handle up to 15,000 lb coils. In addition we have added 3 new collar lines
and
ceiling and floor
box lines. We continue to design and build progressive tooling to make 1 piece
stampings much more effectively for all of our high volume fittings. A tour of
our facility with your customers always yields exceptional results and a great
time.
